Refund Policy

 

For your satisfaction, we provide some solutions if any of the following happens to you.

Wrong/Missed Food
If you get your food different from the receipt or don’t get an item at all, we are really sorry. Please call us as soon as you notice that you got the wrong food or are missing food. You may come to pick up the correct order or we will not charge you for the food item. In some cases, we may offer you a store credit.

 

Your order will be made in priority if you come to pick it up. In all cases, please return any wrong food in the original container to avoid being charged for it.

 

Bad Food
We cook your food with only the finest and the freshest ingredients. In the extremely rare instance, please call us if it's caused by bad packaging, strange objects in the food or spoilage. We will remake it and make it meets our high standards. If you no longer want it, you will not be charged for it.

 

Your order will be made in priority if you come to pick it up. In all cases, please return any wrong food in the original container to avoid being charged for it.

 

Returns / Cancellations
Sorry, no refunds if you change your mind after the food has been cooked. If you need to cancel an order call Moto Sushi at (818) 265-3070 right away as your order may have been started yet or may only be partially complete.
